Washing IMO, if you look at the volume In the last couple of days, I believe there was a volume day of 89,000 shares. Nobody is interested in selling and that's why the ask didn't budge today, but the bid did. They are very specific fills too, there was one fill for 340,000 shares in the ever so popular 5th decimal place.
Several bidders jumped in front of someone who is trying to accumulate.
The market cap is very small and there aren't many shares to go around, the manipulators didn't anticipate this share freeze.
