Since the share count has been unchanged for some

Since July 1st, a total of approximately 39.7 Million shares have been traded. We know that there are less than 92 Million shares in the float.
So follow me here....
If Nanotech and their employees own and hold approximately 50% of the float, that's 46 Million shares that are not touched.
If NTEK long investors own and hold 33% of the float, that's approximately 30 Million shares that are not touched. By the way, I believe this number is much higher, but I am being very conservative here.
So based on those estimates, let's assume that 76 Million shares are untouched.
That leaves us with approximately 16 million shares trading.
A total of 40 Million shares traded since July subtracting 16 million shares, that leaves us with NEGATIVE -24 Million shares.
So what did I do next?
I checked how many shares were shorted since July 1st 2016. I counted approximately 8.7 Million shares shorted.
So now, -24 Million shares -8.7 Million shares and we end up with -32.7 Million shares since July 1st 2016. This does not count the short position over the last 3 years prior to July 1st!
