It's MM NITE ask him how he gets to do that then turns around and puts a block of 15k on the ask at 1.33. It's manipulation these MMs should be charged, but their punshiments are never more than they make on the action, why would they stop? Hopefully the fact that the SEC and FINRA are now watching and Sullivan leading the charge these cheats get nailed to the wall!
