I don't think the court date move is a good thing or a bad thing, its just court. I can only think that perhaps the judge's docket is tied up with matters that she finds more pressing. Perhaps this will still be worked out pre hearing or maybe not?
I do think Mr.Veal's statements about filing in 2016 are off of the table now, pending a settlement. I'm also sure they'll be fact checked. It's up to each person to assess the reason why they got into HJOE in the first place and asses their risk tolerance for the ups and down.
In the long run, justice grinds slow, but it also grinds fine. KBM can run, but they cannot hide and I do think there will be a reckoning. As for the OTC, its a fickle group and the "what have you done for me lately's" will be gone today. Such is life.
