Krauthammer: Trump's Plan to Defeat ISIS 'Is to As

Charles Krauthammer said that Donald Trump's proposed plan to defeat ISIS is "not much of a plan."
Trump said that on the first day of his presidency he'll call on his top generals to submit within 30 days a "plan for soundly and quickly defeating ISIS."
"You get Trump saying that he has a plan for ISIS," Krauthammer said on Special Report. "And the plan is to ask for a plan when he gets into office. That's not much of a plan."
He continued: "And considering that he would ask for the plan from the generals, whom he say know less about ISIS than he does. I think it's more an exercise in remarkable humility on his part than it is in grand strategy."
Krauthammer said that "nobody has a plan" to defeat ISIS, when Bret Baier asked about the alternative presented by Hillary Clinton.
"The difference is that Trump says he has one and he'll do it quickly and that he knows exactly what it is, but he didn't want to tell the enemy. That didn't sound like he's hiding it from the enemy."
