HIMR has a MOU with north cal, which was and is dependent on the share restructuring by North Cal's request. HIMR has shown to be trust ed by continuing to reduce their share structure as announced. OTC market share structure minus current share reduction plan is estimated to reduce HIMR's share structure to around 2.8 billion --- this is reduced from around 9 billion. This should allow the next run to go even higher than our last run.
The next press release from HIMR could state that they reduced shares and the reduction plan is now complete, or they could update us on the move to North Cal's facility. A really big announcement could be a joint venture agreement indicating HIMR and North Cal are now working together as they suggested in the wording of their last PR.
HIMR's last press release states:
"Our South American Project Development Team has diligently worked at securing underwater tree harvesting projects at Tucurui and Balbina reservoirs in Brazil," stated Peter Meier, President of Hollund Industrial Marine. "However, in order to secure the concessions and begin operations, one of the requirements is to be incorporated and domiciled within the county."
