In response to nonsense / conjecture posted by a known vociferous, disgruntled basher from iHub, Facebook and Twitter who keeps making libelous statements about the company, labeling it as a scam (and foolish enough to use own distinctive name):
"Yes we deleted Elizabeth. We agree the profile was fake, but it was not us, nor was it Benny. This has been a difficult birth for Zwagbox. What we know as of this evening is some Boxes have shipped , that most boxes will ship tomorrow. We are assured that tracking numbers will go out tomorrow. Until someone gets a zwagbox and opens it, and is hopefully pleased it is incredibly frustrating to all involved especially to you and the many other customers who are waiting. We can not express how painful this is to us. We understand that some of you can't wait, but the waiting part is almost over."
" Elizabeth is not us, nor is it Benny. We removed her post when we noticed she had created her faceback page only moments before posting. What we know is some Boxes have shipped , that most boxes will ship tomorrow. We are assured that tracking numbers will go out tomorrow. In response to a customer who got confused with her tracking number for posters and ZWAG Box and who also complained about posters damaged in transit:
"xxxx (her name), the tracking numbers for posters where (sic - presumably should read "were" the shipping company testing the system. We will fix any damaged posters."
Customer: "So we/most of current customers WILL see an email with tracking numbers out tomorrow? Just a quick yes or no is fine. Also, based on tracking, we all know it is easy to determine an arrival date from the time a box ships. Easy to find out what boxes have arrived and you stated it in a previous post its already in place in case a box doesn't make it and you can follow up properly. Can you say for certain boxes WILL be in most customers hands by Saturday so we can finally start seeing some people post with boxes? Thanks for finally getting back here and look forward to the first box. Really anxious to see Markiplier first comic and the CW character you guys are putting in the first box that you announced at SDCC."
ZWAG Box: "yes, this is what we have been told by shipping."
Poster Customer: "All I want is the Markiplier comics."
ZWAG Box: "xxxx (her name), you will get the comic, if you ordered the Zwagbox."
Poster Customer: "I did, and was charged $113.41 for 3 months and still haven't received anything."
ZWAG Box: "We will get this back on track. You will get everything."
Customer: "We will get this back on track. You will get everything."
ZWAG Box: "This is as we understand it from the shipping company."
Customer: "Alrighty, thanks!"
Supportive Customer: "Just wanted to add further now that Zwagbox has posted again. It does say this week and we have until Saturday. No doubt could have been some quicker responses but they stated over again that we WILL get our boxes. I believed and thought we'd see one already but it hasn't happened. But sounds like by this weekend we'll see boxes. They've stated it again. They've also stated there is no rebilling going on until the first box is out and done. First box gets in hands and we move to the next month. By November all this negative stuff will be gone. Don't forget the free trip to SDCC 2017 drawing in Jan."
ZWAG Box: "We have given the information as we receive it. We have been assured that tomorrow we will receive tracking info and most boxes will have been shipped. That's what we know this evening."
