. Effective April 13th, 2015, BlackRock MuniYield New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. (NYSE:MJI) merged with and into MUJ (the "Reorganization", with MUJ continuing as the surviving fund after the Reorganization (the "Combined Fund". This distribution is the first full regular distribution declared for MUJ as the Combined Fund. The distribution declared today is equal to the regular monthly distribution for MUJ prior to the Reorganization. The applicable dates and amounts are detailed below.
