Who really knows how many shares does people own on this ihang here together i think total value of shares of ihang shareholders exceeds 400 mil.that I'm sure. As far as I am sure that the management may be publicly declare buying shares even with discount . or just buying free shares. However, how many people voluntarily give up their shares , without R/S its does not make logic.
