All of that was articulated very well and sounds great.....except for one little detail you declined to mention.....well, actually two.
First, it does not matter as it is said and done and will not happen.
In short end of story on that issue.
Second, NAFTA CHAPTER 11.
This little gem covers all the bases you claim that Bill left out.
Sometimes common sense does prevail. Don't over think it, you may hurt yourself. JMO of course. GLTA
