, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WestRock Company ("WestRock" , announces today that it has applied to the securities regulatory authorities of Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia (the "Canadian Jurisdictions" , for a decision that it no longer be a reporting issuer in the Canadian Jurisdictions. RockTenn has four series of outstanding notes, consisting of US$350.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.450% Senior Notes due in March 2019, US$350.0 million aggregate principal amount of 3.500% Senior Notes due in March 2020, US$400.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due in March 2022, and US$350.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due in March 2023 (collectively, the "RockTenn Notes" , which are guaranteed by WestRock.
