PSAV Launches Roadshow for Initial Public Offering

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Jun 6, 2016) - PSAV, Inc. ("PSAV"
announced today that it has launched its roadshow for its registered underwritten initial public offering. The offering is for 16,129,032 shares of PSAV common stock, including 1,935,484 shares to be sold by selling stockholders, at a price to the public between $14.00 and $17.00 per share. The underwriters of this offering have been granted an option, exercisable within 30 days, to purchase up to an additional 2,419,354 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders on the same terms and conditions. The shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "PSAV."
