Pretttyyy sure u could get them far lower then current price likely around .01per when privatly buying a block that size or ne where near it...(especially if theres any truth to the ruhmors of jerrys issuing habits. .) I dont see the issue? But like i said this was just a thought and i dont know what the feasible logistics actuallyyy are..
