just had the Bourbon and Steak...
New Orleans Whisky Cured Beef. It was a little harder meat but after it sits in your mouth for a second or two you get a rush of sweetness,Ike a pinapple glaze. Very meaty and equally as delicious as the Memphis Dry Rub BBQ.
They are 2 for 2 in my book. I highly doubt that I will not like any of these flavors. The two I've had have been far better than anything currently on the market. You can see and taste the quality difference between homemade vs processed. This is lightyear ahead of your traditional supermarket crap.
