(NASDAQ:ALCO), today announces financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2016. For the nine month period, the Company earned $1.25 per share compared to $2.34 per share in the prior year primarily due to lower production volume. When both periods are adjusted for one-time items related to prior acquisitions including transaction costs, litigation, consulting fees, acquired inventory and real estate gains, the Company earned $1.32 per share in the nine month period of 2016 and $2.40 per share in 2015.
