TOM'S CORNER
I am hosting investors this weekend but wanted to provide a quick update to shareholders and let everyone know how much I appreciate all of the support they have given. Rehabilitating NGCG has been a arduous task but I am finally able to come up for some fresh air.
As most shareholders know we have changed the name to Urban Mining Ventures, Inc. The next step is to file a Corporate Action Request with FINRA, there has been a delay because the past management wouldn't provide the information that was needed to access the FINRA site. FINRA provided help and I am the only person who has access to the site. As far as all of the peripheral noise from the past management and their hangers on that is being dealt with legally and won't be a distraction or consume any of my time. I intend to fight to protect shareholder value.
A trusted advisor suggested that I name a retail shareholder to the Board of Directors, I asked him to submit 3 names. I think it will provide more transparency so that there will be a level of credibility unheard of in penny stocks. I am very excited about putting together a Board of Directors that will give investors a great deal of confidence.
There has been a few questions about providing more details about the Rich Lake Project. I will go into greater detail after the Labor Day weekend. The preliminary report show a great deal of promise for significant Lithium deposits but we won't know until we have a NI 43-101 completed. "The National Instrument 43-101 is to ensure that misleading, erroneous or fraudulent information relating to mineral properties is not published and promoted to investors".
