Once the judge lauds that signature down in that dismissal the law suit is over! Back to the exciting times and great developments of CTIX being on the top of the discussions in the message boards. There will still be some of those bashers hanging around because they will not want to look like they were just part of the orchestrated attack.
The best part of this is since the lawsuit tried every angle to discredit the company and it's managment the company now has high level validation that isn't afforded to many small companies. Talk of scam company will NO LONGER have any merit!
Don't be surprised to see a slow or fast run back to the $5 range. Institutional investors will have an incomparable trust for such a small bio company, this lawsuit dismissal is more than just a feel good win. It's a professional win!
Everyone is just speculating on the Rosen stuff, time will only tell. The focous should not be on that, it should be on who is going to write the article "Small bio company with amazing pipeline of drugs wins lawsuit, company validated"
