It kind of sounds ridiculous but in good way ,that competent people are more excited in achieving goals then shaleholders.I am glad that things are properly planned and implemented so we can realize these plans with SS. Everyone want reduce shares and it is even enforced by the Board and come to me a little ridiculous that shareholders are skeptical and usually it's the opposite. IR- we have money, we have time to do that, everything goes according to plan, we dont need build and hire hundreds employees to do job.. let them execute this plan, i dont know whats their final SS but who knows how many shareholders like to give up their shares.
