The Company announced that 35.8% of the regular quarterly cash dividends paid in 2015 will be reported as qualified dividends with a preferential tax rate with the remaining 63.6% reported as ordinary dividends. The fourth quarter dividend of $0.40 per share that was paid on January 19, 2016 will be allocated to the 2016 tax year.
