Both. I have no idea why you feel the need to project your fears onto me. Read the Psych. Today piece, learn more about your problem.
I don't accept you superficial analysis. Republicans were screaming to protect Libyan civilians and they voted to authorize the NATO attacks.
Similarly, they were crying for attacks on Syria and then they voted it down.
Try not to pretend that the GOP has given us military genius over the past 12 years or so.
