Sorry Strat I have to disagree on all 3 counts. Your halfway right on the management thought. Yes IMO there is at least 2 new key personnel on board right now (1 operational 1 financial) that are positioning to take over for Phil and Jeff. My guess is anytime from now and through the next few months we will learn of new technology advancements that will propel the UF name significantly. My opinion is we will not learn details of management changes until the return of D. Foley. By then we will be into the 2nd quarter and after the holidays in my opinion we will hear and see the direction and the what, where, who and why of NTEK. My expectation is a SHM in March of 2017. The company is FAR from going out of business, I personally think they put in offer in for Kaleidoscope although a far reach for a small company like NTEK to take that on. I myself would be shocked to learn of any buyout not to say it can't happen but UF is developing from a mini hub with many spokes that lead to a multitude of billion dollar company's. The hub is growing the spokes are being added. This wheel is turning and will become a revenue giant. The subscription model is the future, the time has come for UltraFlix to be one of those main players! All of this could change but it is for me the most logical path from what I have learned.
