Question for the board: in the header data on page 3 I see that the Estimated Value (EV) of the company is $162.5M, but the Sum-of-Parts breakdown on page 4 estimates the value at $590.90M. So which one is this report advocating? It appears that the main determination of the report is that the current value of CTIX is the $590.9M figure, which is what many of us feel should be the case, but why would they not then put that in the EV at the beginning of the report. Am I just miss-interpreting something or what?
