$500 for exam 80/20 insurance. insurance. pays $400, you pay $100 Plus $20 copay. Exam costs $20. This is if you have made your deductable. Now add your $600-1000 dollar per month insurance premium.
Through in the Hospital or out patient center which owns the HMO or PPO insurance company.
What do you have a bullshit corporate health system enabled to steal.
