Marcus Lemonis, entrepreneur and host of CNBC's hit reality series The Profit, today announced that he has sold his interest in Crumbs, LLC (formerly known as Lemonis Fischer Acquisition Company, LLC), an entity formed by Lemonis and Fischer Enterprises for the purpose of acquiring the assets of Crumbs Bake Shops out of bankruptcy in late summer 2014. As part of transaction, Lemonis has retained the rights to the Crumbs brand as it pertains to the proprietary Crumbs ice cream, cookies and candy products.
