Ah, I see what you're saying. I believe there

I believe there were about 450,000,000 shares when the stock went to .1785. That is a market cap of about 80 Million.
Based on an 80 Million dollar market cap now, that would put the stock at .87 per share to match the market cap at the time of .1785.
But there are other things to consider as well, Ultraflix was not in play when the stock ran to .1785. Obviously, Ultraflix is a huge asset of the company and the value isn't baked into the .1785 run.
As I think about the market cap and the true value of Ultraflix, it reminds me of Elemental. Nanotech briefly spoke of their relationship with Elemental at last years shareholder meeting. By surprise, Amazon bought Elemental 1 week after last years shareholders meeting. The estimate in September 2015 was that Elemental was bought out for approximately 500 Million. SEC reports revealed in October 2015 that they were actually bought out for 296 Million.
So basically, if Ultraflix was valued at 300 Million with this share structure, that would put the stock price at $3.25.
Here’s how much Amazon paid to acquire Portland’s Elemental Technologies
