None of these numbers account for the potential millions of shares that have been created through the illegal sales of shares that have been created out of thin air by naked shorts.
I understand that frustration expressed on this board for a total company net worth expressed in cumulative market value of less than 3,000,000. I would also like to have financials.
Enron had financials. Lot of good it did their investors/lenders.
I know this has been a really long quiet time by NTEK. There has been news here and there since early January 16, but nothing that would tell us what NTEK's direction is. I think that that is by far more important.
Audits and filed statements will help us confirm NTEK's direction. But it is the direction that counts, and NTEK strategically is not sharing that direction.
We have spent the last 9 months reading tea leaves. Fortunately we have some good, and entertaining, tea leaf readers here at IHang. They include FUJA, K&T, Tiny, Winston and others who have contributed mightily to our understanding of the technology world in which NTEK exists.
It is my belief that the number of locked up shares far exceed IPMC's 30,000,000 estimate. Realistically, why would anyone sell at this price? Tax loss? Today? Are you serious. Projector phones on Friday. Aren't we all just a little curious about what NTEK has been working on?
Most of our locked up shares are based on a real belief in NTEK. The fact that we get zero from selling today simply cements the need to hold on.
At this point I am in Winston's camp.
