I do understand...
I was in the medical field over 30 year. Drug seekers hit the ER's every night. Most on welfare. Lucky score is narcotics. They then go to the datk net and sell script for 100's if not 1000's of dollars.
Then buy a ounze of pot that last a month or by booze .
