Well you sign an agreement with a margin account that says they can use them.. So what you are trying to say is bullshit. They don't illegally or sneaky squirrel off your shares. If you buy your shares with your ira or cash accounts they don't touch your shares. I have a hard time believing that most retail investors of CTIX are using margin accounts.
Buying high risk shares on borrowed money doesn't make any sense to me anyway.
