Dr. J will be working under Dr. B but obviously believes this is a big opportunity. But we all know that it's all about performance and she believes this is her best fit. It's up to them to put it together for the best outcome. I believe with their skills, we have improved our situation and larger things are in the near future. We'll see how they do and hopefully come to a significant resurgence in the marketplace in the near future.
