Someone new posted over there and here it is...looks good to me. I can see the issue with Smith Trans now.

Again, not my info.

SOLID NEW INFO/UPDATE - I have been on Ihub for months reading several message boards of my stock including this one. I decided to make a profile now so I can add some info for you all. First off, my job is a Ops Mgr for a Trucking company managing 25 drivers and 33 trailers, to include the job of a Broker as well since we have customer contracts too. I have access to the National DAT board, DOT, Insurance data, and even carrier credit history with our factoring company. I have done some research with these tools and want to update you all on a few things as new info and or corrections on the info that KittP released.

1. Smith Systems Transportation MC#251007 currently has 52 drivers with 52 power units. I assume that the reason KittP only seen 1 truck is cause the owner has or had 1 unit and that all the others are Owner Operators subcontracted to the owner. Meaning they work for Smith Systems for a percentage rate of each load but are (not) direct employees of Smith yet Smith gets to say he has 52 driver since they fall under his Authority. I called their number 308-638-5148 and it has a legit answering service like our company has. I even spoke to the Dispatcher. So I can confirm this company is REAL. Their Insurance is active till Oct 13th 2016 under Gemini Insurance Company out of Scottsdale AZ and they have a legit website too.

2. American Transportation & Logistics MC#405460 has 16 drivers and 18 power units. As of Aug 24th 2016 DOT considers this Carrier (active) with a (satisfactory) safety rating after 302 inspections by DOT state troopers in the past 24 months. What I found interesting is that they specialize in Reefer vans for frozen products and the address that is listed in my system is a garage type location that does ThermoKing reefer repairs with a dozen or more reefer vans parked out back. I also found this article as evidence that this company was acquisitioned in April 2014 by IFCR. See link

link - http://finance.yahoo.com/news/key-tl-holdings...00157.html

3. Morris Trucking MC# 340907 - This Carrier (had) 37 power units, but their current status in my system by DOT shows (NOT Authorized). So I done some deeper homework and found that their Authority was revoked on Aug 8th 2016 just 3 weeks ago. Their insurance was also cancelled on July 31st 2016 under Sentry Select Insurance company. Their phone number 8708535017 still has an active voicemail but I could not reach anyone. On google map the yard is empty. I think its safe to say this SUBsidary is dead in the water.

4. NO 4th Sub - Their latest press release says they have 4 subsidiaries, but I do not see any info on the 4th one on their website. So I had no info to go on for this one. Unless they are referring to the one they are working to acquire, and for that I also have no info.

I hope the few hours I put into this research helps some of you. I have my shares and to me it seems that IFCR has some credibility, some investments, and some potential, but also seems to have lost Morris recently, and has a lawsuit with Smith Systems. So in my own opinion IFCR has a lot of work to do before positive financials can be released, but the opportunity for them to grow (is) there. IMO
