ZWAGbox confirmed shipping in latest email tonight!

Several people have had questions about the last email so let us quickly clarify a few points:
1) There are no "skipped" months. We simply pushed back everything a month and then leapfrogged November to January. This caused no real problems with continuity. All four months of Markiplier mini-series comic will come out in sequence.
2) There will only be one ZWAG BOX per month.
3) People who bought multi-month subscriptions will have the renewal dates adjusted accordingly. Again, no boxes are being "skipped."
4) Nobody has been billed for renewals yet nor will they until we are certain the majority of the boxes have been received.
5) While there are tracking numbers, we have not yet integrated the APIs completely between our warehouse and Crate Joy for fulfillment emails. The programmers for both companies are working on this. But unfortunately since this does not yet work, it does not have a way to send the emails tied to your accounts.
6) Boxes have indeed been shipping and people should begin receiving soon. There are thousands of them shipping out and this is a new process for us. We do not want to make mistakes. Typically this can take a week we estimated to get everything sent, which is why usually boxes begin packing and shipping around the middle of the month. Of course we are working to streamline this process so that as we grow we can get more done, quickly.
