Looks like someone tried to take it down the last hour and failed to scare up some sellers.
Cajun: If your closing Scott trade, you can do a total or partial stock transfer to Tdameritrade,, but usually takes 30 or 45 days to complete, so the shares are untradeable during the transfer.
