Looks like E*trade and MM ETRF work together and have recieved cease and desist letters in the past to include an ongoing Finra investigation. ETRF was trading heavily with himself today.... just Google them there is a lot of involving them and manipulating stocks like CTIX. Supposedly they use to be one company but have separated somehow, most likely to try and muddy the trail between them for the manipulation. So those of you using E*trade it appears they use your shares and orders by selling them to the short and distort group....
