Perhaps it's time that Chris Tesarski leave Treaty and work full time on his water company because that's what he's been doing anyway apparently. Last time I checked, his water company's filings were not up to date anyway which seems par for the course. Denver is nice in September, Mr. Tesarski, enjoy!
