Good informative post. A less than 10% success rate has to give one pause and reinforce ones need to do better than just good DD on small BIO stocks. Many of those clinical studies I have to assume were done by the BIG PHARMA companies that have the money to throw at anything they have that may have promise. So , on my own , think the sucess rate of smaller BIOs is higher in that they are limited and mostly will only go full boat on drugs that have a higher rate or promise of success in that if they fail they are most likely DONE as an entity unless they have a side business to generate revenue. Those small BIOs that succeed as we all have seen a number of them in the past pay off BIG TIME to those who hold with patience. With the exception of those that constantly issue stock to stay afloat and dilute their share value.
CTIX as we know has 3 drugs that are still in the running. Any one of which could bring in many millions or billions after sucessful completion. Leo also appears to be holding and running a tight ship in not overly issuing additional shares. Would think/believe in time this small BIO will be a BIG MOVER , just don't know when as the length and future scheduling of PHASE trials is not something readily available that I know of. AIMHO
