There was/is a poison pill to protect the company from hostile takeover. "BUT" it also protects BB, in case of a shareholder revolt and he gets turfed. He would get a large sum of cash - "AND" - he would still own the patents because he put them in his own name. OOPS!, and did I mention NNLX and shareholders would end up with nothing.
And yes "Mitz". I question BOTH of your veracity. At least everything I say, you can go back and fact check. Did I mention that just last night I talked to both Hillary and "the" Donald.
