Whale bid (for this) of 4M at .0040 now.
If that doesn't get whacked by the last of those (other than the 20M+ buyer) who got anything in the .0020>.0032 range, it's on when they decide to grab the small amounts on the ask at each .0001>.0005 level to the upside at some point in the future.
Remember someone was quite happy to buy 1M+ at .0050 earlier.
