This is all IMO (and a cross post, but I really like this forum better than iHub)....
I'm not sure it matters if it sleeps for another week or two or not. The kind of momentum the OTC is known for is so fickle that losing it an gaining it again are really only a PR away.
For what it's worth the only mistake he made here was prepping the market for news over Twitter, and I'll have to say that his silence here for the past few weeks (other than a few reassuring moves to let us know it's not all fallen apart) shows that he did learn a lesson.
I believe that from here on out we won't know that something is coming until the PR, other than in general terms (like an understanding of the business plan).
What I do know is this. The company (EMJI) was really nothing and no more than a crap shoot before Christopher took it over, and while he has run a private company, this is the first time he has run a public one, so communication for a public company is new to him. I believe he chose to do this because of the potential to build real, long term wealth and success for himself (and by proximity for any shareholders lucky enough to blunder in on the ground floor). I also believe the acquisition is real and is complete and there are other factors holding off the announcement.
Remember this is his baby, and my assumption is that he wants it to be perfect. I think about it like building my dream home. Even if I already paid for the building and construction, if I found some things that I needed to fix in the land for the foundation, it would be no big thing for me to postpone for a month or two while I fixed that, then build the house.
I think it's probably the same thing here. I believe he is in this for the long run, and so he would prefer to make all foundational changes he needs to before this takes off. The acquisition is going to be like a light switch for this company. One day it will be an OTC gutter stock with no revenue, no meaningful history and no past success, the next day it will be a multi million dollar company that has an upward trajectory.
For me that can happen anytime this quarter and I will be a very happy investor.
