ZWAG Box management responding in a prompt manner to valid questions from legitimate customers on Facebook now - for instance:
"There are tracking numbers but the warehouse is trying to find a way to communicate them with the crate joy system to send to you guys."
"Yes nobody will be extra billed and everyone gets all of the boxes they ordered. It just delayed and pushed back a few."
A few more examples of the increasing number of positive comments from real customers:
"sweet thanks for the quick reply"
"Beyond excited for this and the unboxing video from Markiplier! Thanks for keeping us updated Zwagbox!"
Of course, the vast majority of up to 10,000 customers are choosing not to comment at all and the whole episode of the start-up glitch in logistics is unlikely to have much effect on future subscription take-up. Far more important would be the reaction to a Markiplier unboxing video reflected in future increased ordering.
