Yes, interesting that NFS chose their top guy to represent in a penny stock case in Nebraska, ha!
Today should be revealing to an extent; Etrade, Scottrade and Ameritrade are all due to respond as defendants. Will they all follow NFS in seeking a two week delay, or take a different tack? Stay tuned!
