It seems clear that "they" are going to do all they can to push price down. Check out the http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTIX/quote link. They've put a bunch of supply right above, and a big bid below.
Think this is real trading? I do not. I've seen this before, and when REAL bids came in the cheap "supply" magically disappeared.
