Well folks, I now see a full circle. I first entered my position in TPAC with about $40. I liked the business plan, actually found it to be relatively ingenious, saw a bright future ahead. Read a few posts on the other board, did some more research and ended up here. I did so because I recognized the difference between the smoke and mirrors/pie in the sky bullshit and the reality of it all. I've researched and read. Then, I read and researched. What I learned, I will absolutely never pay attention to a sub penny stock ever again! I work way too hard for what I have to allow some free loader to manipulate my investment. I'm glad I stumbled across this business when I did, don't get me wrong, but I know better now. The .0072 was legit, a company advancing from trial to production. It was obvious they were making great strides. Realizing now, what really happens, is we beat that initiative down to better our pocket books, is truly disheartening to say the least. Whether we lost Timken because of harassment or the inability to produce the parts in a timely matter is irrelevant at this point. But, I now understand the obstacles in front of every business trying to succeed in the "real world". Now, we are here! A multi million dollar company in the making. Worried about the bid and ask. Here's my bid. We've recorded >$1 mil to date. We have signed <$20 mil by end of 2017. Not gonna stop there! Here's my ask. Not a damn thing! That $40 could have bought me a hell of a lot of worthless bullshit, instead it got me started on a couple of shares of what turns out to be the biggest investment on my portfolio. I'm still adding. Probably, won't stop soon! Unfortunately, I'm leaving all message boards at this point. No need for opinions at this time, as I now know, they are all just that! Good luck longs. Good bye!
