In just 2 hours since the confirmation of ZWAG Box shipping e-mail went out - which included details of the very generous and significant compensation for any inconvenience caused by the delay - there have been more different actual customers posting excited / thankful / minor legitimate query comments on Facebook than there were adverse / off-topic comments in over 3 weeks from actual customers and the obvious disaffected company bashers put together.
Just one example: "Kinda glad now that I signed up for the year subscription option on a whim, now get 9 items."
Case closed now - provided damage in transit occurrences are no more than might reasonably be expected from an up to 10,000 sample.
