Has anyone read the entire regulation? I skimmed through the LP section. I did not see anything about having to comply with local regulations. Wouldn't it make sense to not leave any gray areas when writing new regulation like this? Put it in Black and white "any commercial grower applying for a license to grow under this program must comply with all local zoning requirements". It did state that a written notification must be sent to local government, police, fire, etc. I am definitely not getting my hopes up that the facility that is built can still somehow be used, just offering an observation I made. Also, and I should already now this, but did the zoning requirements that Lakeshore put forth and went to the county for approval ever make it into the city by-laws.
