Exactly. Authorized, but not outstanding. The move has to be filed with the SEC. That's part of transparency. Someone just PM'd me accusing Jerry of not divulging pertinent numbers in this area. My reply was simply that if he or anybody in the company wished to hide facts from investors, the LAST thing they would do is spend soooo much time, money and effort to become fully reporting. Why do that when you can stay obscured in pinks sheet land and tell lies, do RS's and tell more lies like so many nowhere companies have done for decades. No, this company is doing it right to the best of their ability. As long as they continue to successfully grow this brand, they'll be able to restructure easier than cleaning out the garage. They would only have to do HALF as good as some of their predecessors that didn't have as much going for them starting out as this company does. It doesn't happen literally overnight, not even for the well funded start ups. We're about to take a walk on the "proving" grounds. Patience will pay off handsomely.
