ELKIND KINPIN OF SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST BCAP!!!
Elkind is the one who will get credit for a smear campaign and that is all folks. The guy wanted to sell his business to Righ, they came to an agreement, then Elkind tried to sneak away with all the guts of the business he just sold. He lost the lawsuit that RIGH brought up against him, and RIGH rescinded their offer to buy his company Global Brands. Here is proof taken from RIGH's recent Annual Report.
Elkind has no proof of the "shell reverse merger" how can he when RIGH was never considered a shell?
"Elkind was waiting for the right time..." Waiting for the right time to start a smear campaing and enact his vengence upon anyone associated with RIGH. Need I mention that Elkind is a proven sludge dropping, porn producing, ambulance chasing, sue happy guy that in the past 12 year has been involved in over 70 lawsuits/leins/filings?
