I don't know, but they have filed a considerable amount to catch up already paying almost 100k in audits for the finalization of the merger and the year end 10k.
Lots of work and only two quarterlies behind, why not just file?
Court issues, Restructure Noteholders who are waiting to sell, some unknown strategic reason
I don't think they are withholding them for any devious or fraudulent reason.
