Sure, but Mike Welch said they expected the letter this week, but were informed by the SEC that the year end audited report needed to be finished first. Maybe he mistakenly assumed that since the same info had already been provided to the SEC that they wouldn't make them wait until the audited result was complete. I think the only surprise for anyone here was that it wasn't already wrapped up. Anyhow, it's a simple technicality that definitely doesn't derail all of the effort. A few more weeks won't matter at this point. The great part is that the SEC was satisfied with the same material that's in the audited report, so we're definitely on our way to uplisting.
