They were right as far as they knew. Mike's comments pertained to an SEC request made just yesterday requiring the completion of the audited annual report, and while it is actually the only step added, it's also the step that will push the no further comments letter back 2 to 3 weeks. Oh well, gotta give em what they want. It's their ball and their field! lol
