I am going to guess that Nick is going to be tested and THC is also going to be in his system(similar to the original charolettes web). The oil comes from the cannibis plant, not hemp. I am with you hoping this could have some effect on at least getting low THC cannibis strains made legal, but in my opinion the law makers already know the benefits, and how detrimental this would be to big pharma.
